People who DevOps enablers, or embeds, are usually supposed to be skilled across the board, which I think is what OP is trying to get at. Usually they're people from a SWE or SE background that know how to code and are looking to build a culture of self-service and empowerment within dev teams. What you described is a Scrum Team. | |
