We have a project in Azure devops where we usually create PBIS and break them down to tasks. Each task is assigned to a Person at the beginning of a sprint.
When looking at the "work details" pane inside a sprint, you can see the amount of hours assigned per person.
Let's consider this scenario: Person A has 5 tasks. Each task is estimated to 2 hours. Person B has 5 tasks. Each task is estimated to 2 hours.
Person A needs help from Person B on one of the tasks. Person B helps Person A, they are now done and complete the task in devops. They fill 4 hours on completed work instead of 2 since they were 2 people working ont he task.
Now from a statistics view, those 2 extra hours are now connected to Person A, and it looks like if it was Person A that put those hours.
If multiple people are working on a single task inside a sprint, how can we track the amount of time each person spent on the task individually?
