I have a subscription in Azure that is a part of bigger configuration, which I don't have access to. (I know they use Ansible). I am given a Private DNS Zone which has been originally created by external team (its under my subscription) I imported it to Terraform, but if I try to re-create this resource I am getting error:

The client **** has permission to perform action 'Microsoft.Network/privateDnsZones/virtualNetworkLinks/write on scope of subscription A**** however, it does not have permission to perform action 'Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/join/action'

How do I exclude this configuration from terraform the smart-way?

P.S I have rights of owner of the subscription.
