Im trying touse a program called "r-peer" which is a program with ready made ability to plug in to R. It looks for hidden signal in data and creates covariates that capture this signal. Unfortunately it does not seem well maintained. I managed to find a docker version of r-peer and downloa/install it on my mac. Howeve, I really dont know how to access a docker container that is running from R-studio. Does anyone know how I would go about this? I've never used docker before, much less tried to run an R program out of a docker container. Thanks for any advice!
