As a system administrator in Hewlett Packard in which I started as the 1st line of support to be promoted to 2nd line of support after three months, I gained skills as, fast incident solving, detailed analysis of issues in the given situations, as well as communications and cooperation between teams responsible for solving issues on hand, communication both written and verbal with technical owners and team leaders spread all over the globe about the solved issues or issues that had to be escalated to different teams or companies. As a System Administrator for Setton Consulting (IT MSP), I was responsible for tasks including monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure for all our clients. One of the responsibilities was troubleshooting hardware and software issues and solving the issues remotely. Typical duties included:  installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners  planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades  setting up accounts for staff, on-boarding/off-boarding  responding to breakdowns  investigating, diagnosing, and solving software and hardware faults  supervising junior engineers and technical staff  maintaining records of software licenses

Currently training to switch from standard Sys Admin to DevOps Engineer, mainly working on Azure but familiar with AWS and Google.

Working as a project manager for the Humanitarian Organisation I gained experience in leading teams and completing projects from start to finish. Communicating and organizing teams of volunteers as well as completing project administration from importing humanitarian aid throughout distribution.
