Be serious during the day and be funny at night. Help the co-workers to get better as well and get better through this as well.

Doing all the full-stack stuff from DB to Backend to Frontend, all is known and all is done equally well. Doing things in different languages and trying to be interested in other (new) languages all the time.

Open for new ideas and always interested in help for my own OpenSource projects.
